Nov 7--I went to sears.ca outlet, bought 2 shirts - each price ending in .99, applied the code and received no discount.

I can concur the above comment... you can add the coupon code but the discount is nowhere to be seen...

Same problem so I called sears 1-800-267-3277 and ask for corporate customer service. They are able to place order and use code thru their computers. Good deal on some things with the coupon.

I'm thinking that they process the orders manually and most likely do the coupon when they process it. They don't even give you an order total... 149.99$ was all they would tell me even after giving my credit card info... no tax information... no anything.

You guys need to carry out the whole process until the Review step. Applying the code on your shopping cart will only get you $0.00 for the coupon, but the step before you order it actually shows the discount.
