If you do not have a Browns shoe store near you to returrn any shoes, you haveto pay a $5 restocking fee per pair of shoes ifyou return them by mail.
you get a preprinted label you return to ups w the package.
still cheaper than mailing back yurself though.

Their shoes are very good though and very good pricesfor leather boots!
